To enter Uganda, travelers are required to obtain a visa. To obtain a visa to Uganda can be done through an online application process. The official website for the application to Uganda is https://visas.immigration.go.ug/ Tourist Visa which can be for leisure, holiday, or family visits. Upload the necessary documents Visa fees vary depending on the type and duration of the visa. Payment for the visa is required for example, a single entry tourist visa typically costs USD 50. The visa approval will be sent to your email within 2 to 7 days and you can download it from there. All travelers must present a valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate upon entry into Uganda.

Secure Your Booking with a Deposit: To reserve your spot, especially for limited-permit activities like gorilla trekking, a deposit is required. Payment can be made through our accepted methods, including credit cards and bank transfers. You pay a deposit of 20% of total cost or full amount to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 10 days prior to the start of the trip day.

In the event that we (Uganda Africa Safari) cancel the Tour, a full refund will be provided.
Cancellations made 5 days prior to departure are subject to cancellation fee which is the initial deposit of 20%.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours to start of the tour.
Refunds will be processed within 15 days after approval.
